When should I pay for your services?

Shipments from the EU mainland:
If you are sure with the dimension of your package you can pay upfront. If not we wait until the goods have arrived in our warehouse, where we determine the transport price according to its exact dimensions and weight. One of our staff members communicates with you (either by email or phone) and letting you know the exact price cost. In collections we wait until all items are in stock.

Shipment from the UK:
These items will be picked up by the consignor and must be paid prior to pick up.
